My Mom made Indian bread called Chapatti.
This is a staple food for Indians, specifically Indians
originating from North India. We call it roti.
She made it everyday during my visit with her in Toronto last week.
My kids learning how to make chapatti with Grandma
and helping her at the same time. They love to eat her roti.
They call her "Maaji", meaning Grandma in Punjabi.
