This is the hatch to get into my basement from the outside of my house. It's probably the original hatch since the house was built in the late 70's. Damn it, the wood is rotting and a small section of the cinder block on which it sits is starting to dissintegrate. Now, I have to figure out how to fix it this summer. It's not like I don't have much to do around the house in the summer time! Crap!
Oh wait a minute, maybe my buddy Mark will help me! :-)
