UVM Staff Recognition 2006

The 2006 UVM Staff Recognition Reception on the Green.

Every year, the university organizes a reception for it's staff where lunch and other treats are served. It's a nice time to get together and meet your colleagues who you haven't seen in a long time. It's a relaxed atmosphere on a beautiful September day. There's plenty of food, drinks and desserts to go around for everyone.

Happy Birthday, Hannah!

My little baby turned 6 years old today.
We had a nice celebration for her at a restaurant and she received many gifts. She was very happy and she enjoyed her day very much.

Fall Colors

Fall is here and we are starting to see some wonderful colors.
I'm currently scouting for some areas to photograph this year's foliage.

Future Ballroom Dancer

This gentleman stepped in to teach and dance with Sabrina when he saw her dancing on her own on the dance floor. Apparently, he is the current State Ballroom Champion for Vermont. Sabrina enjoyed dancing and she had such an awesome time. I was very happy to see her having a good time and obviously proud of her too.
Way to go, Sabrina!

Camp Ta-Kum-Ta Dance - Part 1

This was the Camp Ta-Kum-Ta dance on Friday, September 15, 2006 at the Elly-Long Music Center in Colchester. Dancers from various dance groups and organizations performed and put on a great show for charity. Approximately $5000 was collected from this event which would go to Camp Ta-Kum-Ta.

I specifically enjoyed the girls in tight white pants and hot pink tops. I can't understand how they managed to squeeze into those pants. My wife says they were sewn in!!
