Grass Is Green!
The grass in my lawn is so long and it's ready for mowing.
These dark patches are not cow dung! They are actually created by moles digging in the ground. Darn critters!
Ahhhhh................Freshly mowed lawn.
I mowed my entire lawn on April 29 and 30th. I believe this is the earliest I've ever mowed in the season. Must have something to do with the global warming effect. I don't know!

Vermont Maple Festival 2006
Attended the annual Vermont Maple Festival in St. Albans on Friday afternoon with my kids. This is a festival to celebrate Maple syrup and anything and everything about it. Vermont is the largest producer of maple syrup in the United States and it's a tradition come every spring. For those of you that don't know, it takes about 40 gallons of sap from maple trees to make one gallon of syrup.

Colli's Tree House
My co-worker, Anthony recently built this tree house for his kids in his backyard. I took my kids over on Friday afternoon for a quick visit as Anthony was home with his daughter Maria. I took alternate days off this week to stay home and spend some time with my kids. They had the whole week off from school and we decided that it would be nice to give them a break from daycare.

Easter With Family
Celebrated Easter with Jen's family (my in-laws from Quebec, Becky and family from Quebec, Betsy and Joe from Chicago, and Sarah from Quebec). The kids got together with their cousins and had an awesome time. Most of them stayed at my place, except for my in-laws, and Betsy & Joe.
We had a great Easter meal on Sunday at Aunt Judy's.
