Moo Cards

This post is for my buddy, Matt, who has been pestering me to post some pictures of my Moo cards. Matt and I received ten free Moo cards during a recent promotion.
Moo cards are mini cards about half the size of a business card. They are quite rigid and can be used as business cards. You can add some text details on the back. If you are interested, you can check out their website.

Watching Snow

My kids were mesmerised by the first snowfall of the year, and I saw them watching from their bedroom window.

First Snowfall of 2006

We received our first snowfall this winter on Friday October 20, 2006.
It started as rain and then quickly turned into snow as the temperature dropped. My wife's sister was visiting with her family from Quebec and they arrived much later than expected due to bad road conditions. Apparently, it was a whiteout on the highway and they couldn't see much in front of them. Thankfully, they made it to our place safe and sound.

Dinosaur Bug

I saw this bug on the side of the fridge when I was preparing my breakfast.
These bugs have been trying to come indoors for the winter. Somehow, some do succeed. My wife calls them the "Dinosaur Bug" for the way they look.

In The Fog

Took these pictures on my way to work one morning.
It was very foggy and a good opportunity for some interesting photo shoots around the train tracks.

My Wedding Anniversary

My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary on October 6.
I was a little late to work that day as I had to take care of some matters for the kids. When I got to work, I was surprised to see this beautiful bouquet of roses, a cheesecake, and a lovely card on my desk. My wife had bought these items on the night before and hid them in her car. She snuck into my workplace early and left me these gifts. I was truly surprised, felt extremely grateful, and very happy.
She made my day!
I love you, Honey and Happy Anniversary!

Gordo's Shoes

Gordon bought some new shoes a few days ago. He found the same pair of shoes in a different color but they didn't have it available in his size. They were on sale for $49. The lady told him that they had the same model shoes in a different color which he ended up buying above. But he got screwed! When he was paying for them, the cashier told him $64! He asked why they were more expensive and the cashier responded, "....these are different color!" He still ended up buying them.
Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha!!

This has been the biggest joke in the office for the last few days. I laughed so hard when he told me this story, and I still pick on him everyday about it.
Now, you know why the "No Harjit Zone" was created!

No Harjit Zone!

Gordon created this "No Harjit" sign!!

Bill designed and created this sign to replace Gordon's homemade one above.

Gordon behind the "No Harjit Zone"!!
I wonder if this sign was put up for some specific reason.
