Happy Birthday, Mike!

It was my Boss' birthday yesterday, and since he wasn't around, we celebrated it today. Once again, Diane's daughter made the cake and it was delicious. Thanks Diane.
Happy Birthday, Mike!

I'm not sure if he thinks he's a King or a Genie!
I know what he is but I can't say it!

50,000 Miles

My 2002 Honda Civic is now 50,000 miles old!

Mission Impossible 3

I went to the movies on Friday in Toronto, actually Mississauga to be exact. And you guessed it, I saw Mission Impossible 3. I thought it was very good and I enjoyed it a lot. It's definitely the best of the Mission Impossible movies.
Oh ya, I took these pictures with my phone camera. I had to cover the screen as it made my surrounding glow like a night light, and I kinda guessed where I had to snap.
Not bad, huh!

Sick Lawn Mower

My riding lawn mower crapped out on me just when I needed it the most. It's been impossible to mow for at least two weeks due to the non-stop rain we've been getting. So, finally on the day we planned to leave for Toronto, it stopped raining and was bright and sunny. I left work a little early so I could get a head start on the mowing but after a couple of passes on the lawn, the steering rod broke and that was that for mowing! Damn!
We left later for Toronto.

Chick, Chick, Chicken!

Hannah's class has been taking care of some chicken eggs, and they finally hatched. These chicks were eventually taken to a mini farm owned by one of the teachers.

Rain Rain Go Away!

It's been raining non-stop for nine straight days. According to the weather reports, we have another four or five days of this dreadful weather.

Happy Birthday, Sherrie!

We celebrated my co-worker, Sherrie's birthday today!
She tried to keep it a secret from all of us but we kept the little party a secret from her! Ha ha!
Diane's daughter, Katie made the cake and it was awesome. Sherrie's Mom sent her the beautiful plant, called the Green Plant. Go figure!
Most of them look like zombies in these pictures and that's due to the red-eyes effect. I was too lazy to Photoshop them.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, SHERRIE!

Harjit & Dilbert

I often pick on some of my co-workers and make fun on some of their deficiencies. So, my co-worker, Sherrie, decided to customize this Dilbert comic for me!

Homemade Clowns!

These are my home clowns! My kids went a little crazy with makeup.
Oh, Daddy's pride and joy!

Dump Cart

I bought this dump cart online from Sears to be used in conjunction with my riding lawn mower. I spent a couple of hours putting it together on Saturday in my garage. It was a crappy day as it rained all day long. Up to now, I've been using a wheel-barrow to haul dirt and stuff around my yard but it's too difficult and time consuming. This dump cart is going to be awesome!

Staurikosaurus

Sabrina had a diarama project due last week on dinosaurs. She chose the Staurikosaurus dinosaur as her study. I helped her to build the dinosaur out of clay and had to use toothpicks to hold it together. I also helped her with designing the diarama and with some of the painting. Jen showed her how to make the fake tree out of two rolled up pieces of coloured paper. I think it turned out pretty good and I hope she gets a good grade for it.

Special Chains

Bought my daughters these lockets and chains at the Craft Show held at the Champlain Valley Fairgrounds.

Ladoo Shop

From Wikipedia:
Laddu or Ladoo is a popular Indian sweet. It is made of flour and other ingredients formed into balls that are dipped in sugar syrup. The popularity of Laddu is due to its ease of preparation. In fact, Laddu is so popular that any chubby kid in India is affectionately called 'Laddu.'

Sexual Harrassment Skit

There are several of these skits on YouTube, but I found this one to be the funniest.

Hey Mom!

This is so true!

Spring Craft Fair

We attended the Spring Craft Show at the Champlain Valley Fair grounds last Saturday (5/6/06). The weather was crappy as it rained all day, and this gave us something to do. We had a good time. Jen bought some earrings, ingredients for soups and dips, and I bought some hot-sauce. Oh ya, I bought some jewellery for the girls which they adore and are cherishing it everyday. It's something special from Daddy.

Moooooo!!

Whatcha looking at?? Mooooooo!
